The team is engaged in providing support to the customers across the Scandinavian region covering Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Round the clock operations and system programming support for IBM Mainframe Z / OS Mainframe systems include Z/OS implementation, upgrade & support, CICS transaction system maintenance & support, DB2 Database administration & support, MS administration & support, and MQ administration & support.
The high level support systems and services offered by EVRY include IBM Mainframe Z-Series System & Sub Systems Support, Storage Management & High Availability, and Production Scheduling & Control.
In addition, the team is engaged in Enterprise Monitoring and providing recommendations and implementing the best improvements for a Mainframe systems environment, including system optimization, change methodologies and operational procedures. Another fundamental responsibility includes testing of new version and upgrades for systems, sub-systems, code or products, manage and control data storage by establishing, implementing, and adhering to storage management policies, standards and procedures.
